The Man City clear out had began then. First Zabaletta now Clichy and Navas. I dread to think how much they are going to spend this summer.

Both Pep and Pellegrini before him have made mistakes there, letting the team get too old together. They should've cleared out bit by bit after their last title but instead it'll be a massive upheaval this summer.

Pleaty dropped a bit of ITK while co-commentating last night...said that De Gea is off to Madrid (no surprise there) but also said United will be getting a CF and a CB from Madrid...no swapsies, separate deals, he also called Daley Blind Danny all night which was funny.

Interestingly a friend of mind used to work and Manchester United in their corporate strategy, they knew they would be selling Ronaldo a year ahead of time and were already making plans.for how to spend it.

Caballrto and Sagna also just been released.

Zabaleta, Sagna and Navas = Not a single right back left

Three cautions for kerb-crawling in the Eighties, but nothing recent.

They had some kid playing right back for England in the u17 Euro final the other week. Was at fault for Spain's 96th minute equaliser then blazed the deciding penalty over the bar Adebayor style in the shootout. Get him fast-tracked now, Pep.

CF would almost assuredly be Morata. Jose gave him his debut at RM and after returning from Juventus he hasn't featured a whole bunch so I'd guess he wants to go somewhere he knows he can start every week. That said if he goes to Man U he'll be competing with Rashford and likely with Griezzman as well. So no assurances he'd get more play time at Man U than he would with RM.

As for CB they keep getting linked to Varane and I can't see that whatsoever. Pepe is likely on his way out, Ramos is 31 and gets banned regularly, and then the only other one left is Nacho who is no great shakes. If anything RM need to add a CB, not lose any as good as Varane.

Pepe and Ramos had massive feuds with Mourinho when he was at RM so I can't see it being either of them and as I said earlier Nacho is no grat shakes, so can't see it being him either.

Bernardo Silva is so good :(

Odd signing for City though, not sure where he's going to play. Their attack will be ridiculous. Bernardo Silva, David Silva, De Bruyne, Sterling, Sane, Aguero, Jesus.
