Chelsea fans very worried about Luiz. Not because they rate him particularly, but because Rudiger is apparently out until December. Their only first team centre backs would be Zouma and Christiansen. That said Luiz is a liability unless he's really up for it.

Until Rudiger returns they look really light at the back, if one of the two you mention get injured they either play Tomori or move Azpilicueta in from RB. It also looks like Lampard is ditching Zappacosta in favour of Reece James as backup RB. Only problem is they can't find a buyer for Zappacosta.

Expect both Tomori and James to get a lot of minutes in Chelsea's defence this season.

I don't know who's advising him but throughout his career he's just made terrible decisions, to contract extensions to not putting clauses in them and now to handing in a transfer request with 24 hours to go, so amateurish.
