I don't think Stambouli = Kramer = Schneiderlin. I think it's more that I view Stambouli = Capoue and Kramer could potentially be a realistic replacement to the likes of Schneiderlin with the potential to continue to improve. Kramer is similar to Schneiderlin in that he can function as a DM or he can function as the linchpin in keeping the attack ticking over in what many would consider a more balanced/expansive role in midfield.

Where does that leave Mason and Bentaleb then?

I personally want Bentaleb to go out on loan. As for Mason, the performances have been fantastic so far and I would not be opposed to seeing what he and a player like Kramer could do together on the pitch. I also mentioned I'd like to see a shift to a 4-3-3 with Kramer, Eriksen and Mason functioning as the 3 in midfield and obviously Stambouli/Capoue could have a big role depending on the opponent.

433 ain't gonna happen though, one too many for me. Should have just bought a player good enough to be a starter when we bought Stambouli or not bother at all and wait for the right quality to become available and concentrate on developing our own players imo

Bentaleb is our future .....he can stay here.

Why?
Whats good about him?
Watching our matches should tell you that. I would go as far to say that when we lost, Capoue hasn't played well and when we win, Capoue is usually excellent. He's quite important and our best CM IMO.

Capoue is a class act, If Arsenal had Capoue then they would be in the title race.

In response to the discussion right above, I'm rather pleased with our starting options in central midfield. I would sell Dembele for a young player to compete with Mason, but for the first time in a long time I don't think CM is our biggest problem.

Its very reassuring to know that someone who thinks both Chiriches and Ekotto should be in our starting line up.......disagrees with my opinion on Capoue.

If Arsenal had brought back Fabregas and even Alex Song for that matter then they might be up there fighting for the title.
Adding Capoue would make no impression whatsoever.

I think you'd find that the majority of Arsenal fans would love Capoue. You don't give him enough credit.

I think if we go for kramer , it does mean we are looking to shift capoue as we just brought stambouli and there's no way we are going to get rid of mason or bentaleb !! dembele and paulinho's time is also up and if capoue doesn't turn up in big moments , doesn't show his leadership quality , then he is going to say goodbye too...

Kramer , stambouli , mason and bentaleb for the next season cm role would be good ( if by then capoue does bother and improve his performance against big teams then he can stay as well ) ...

I think that's why we only have 1win in the last 7 games ...
