As the French would say:

Plus ça change (plus c'est la même chose).

(If true) Suspect that we have seen the last of him in a Spurs shirt.

Do you not think that would have hit the press like the Bentley story?

Whilst I doubt this to actually be true

I agree that we are unlikely to see him in a Spurs shirt again.

I also think we should have cashed in on his hype, he was percieved to be a top talent by looking half decent in the world cup and we probably could have got our money back for him at that stage.

He could well do alright in Seria A, I just don't think he has what it takes to be a success in our league (certainly not for us, maybe he could shine somewhere like West Ham?!)

Really should have sold him after the world cup when his value was up.

Looks like he is going to be another wasted talent!

Certainly sounds like he was pretty wasted on this occasion (assuming Keano's not in WUM Mode).

thats not correct jim - i know of 2 people who have been done for drink driving and their car has been taken back to the station. What happens if you are caught on the motorway? are they just going to leave the car on the slip road?!

It could well have happened... I am just saying the car would never be driven back to the nick. Especially if it's a "High profile" person.

Imagine the implications if OB crashed it.

they are Keano. Watch any of the police documentaries on TV and you often see the police taking cars to be impounded. Police are 100% insured to drive the cars back to the station.

Jim - Sorry pal but you are totally wrong. How high profile the guy is, is totally irrelevant. The police do have the power to cease a car and drive it back to the station.
