Bremer is similar to Cuti, more aggressive. But also calmer. A born natural leader. Absolutely crazy rapid. Ferocious in the air and tackle. But he does have some technical ability.
All great qualities but being a natural leader stands out to me here. You can’t really teach that. You can never have enough leaders in the team and when dier is out it’s very noticeable in that department imo. Thanks to all the ITK’s for the the info!

Excuse my ignorance but if Badiashile is as good as everyone is making out, and assuming his parent club (Monaco) are also aware of his talents. Why would they be entertaining a swap for Davinson Sanchez.

This isn’t a Sanchez put down btw, before the guardians of the forums start hinting at my negativity.
Mr Gold said today they were Interested in Sanchez!

I really want Bremer. I think he will have a similar impact to Romero for us.

If we are going for a less known LCB than I hope its Ndicka. Weve had previous ITK that we would look at him, he will be cheap with 1 year left on his deal and he has very good experience.

They want Sanchez, they haven't offered the swap. Badiashile is just likely to be on our list.

It’s a weird one, if we get Bremer surely it makes more sense to offload Sanchez and then spend a little bit on a LCB to give us more balance. Sanchez would never be used, swapping him and a sum of money for Badiashile is the perfect scenario. Would almost work in as the same as Bastoni if the prices quoted are correct.

Monaco’s model is buy low, sell high. If they can turn Basiashille into 20-25mil and Sanchez, in their eyes that’s profit on their player and a chance to sell Sanchez in 1-2 years for more too.

Liverpool cope rotating Virgil, Konate, Matip. City cope rotating Dias, Stones, Laporte. I'm bloody sure Spurs can cope rotating Dier and Bremer!

Whilst I don't necessarily disagree, there are some very injury prone defenders on that list.

No, right footed.

There’s 3 feasible options for me:

Badiashile
Ilya Zabarnyi
Ndicka

They’re all young with a promising future. Most have heard of Badiashile but I wouldn’t class him as in the same category as say Bastoni and Torres as he’s been in and out of the Monaco side.

Has anyone mentioned Carmo?

Big thing about Bremer is with him, Romero and Dier in the same back 3 Arsenal may get covid again. Cowards.

This is the local article aggregators were quoting, mentions having no pre-agreement with Inter: https://m.torinogranata.it/esclusiv...so-e-non-ha-un-pre-accordo-con-l-inter-137753

EXCLUSIVE TG - For Bremer still no negotiations in progress and has no pre-agreement with Inter Milan

That Bremer will leave Torino is a fact, and for some time now the Brazilian defender has been approached by Italian and foreign clubs, and rumors one day have him on the verge of settling with one side and the next day with another. But what is the real state of affairs? As far as as ascertained by Torinogranata.it there is still no negotiation in progress, although there are English clubs interested in Bremer however from here to say that a concrete offer has been made by Tottenham, as has been circulating for days, one cannot say. In Italy there are many who want him, but again Torino is waiting to receive a few offers put on paper and then will decide which one to choose together with the player.

Bremer for his part has no preclusion in going to one team or another be it Inter, Milan, Juventus, Napoli or Real Madrid, Tottenham, Bayern Munich, but he is keen on going to a club that plays in the Champions League and he has no pre-agreement with Inter, another thing that has been rumored for some time and is not true. So first Torino will have to identify a club to whom they will sell the defender and then it will be up to Gleison to agree with whoever will take him. At present it can only be said that Bremer is of interest to many, but nothing is imminent.

If this is true, sounds like Bastoni and Pau Torres are off the table. Shame, as I think we need balance. Torres might be off to Man Utd.

Anyway, my money's on Bremer and Lenglet on loan.

Talk of Badiashile is fanciful, he's not a 'low profile' option and we need to save our pennies for Richarlison.

That reads like the kind of situation Paratici really relishes. Wouldn't surprise me if this were to happen that it'd be on a similar loan-to-buy deal.

Interestingly in this YouTube video I’d say 75% of the clips he’s defending in the LCB area of the pitch:

Just a hope but getting Bremer and badiashile for 5/10m more than what bastoni costs would be the better deal

I don’t understand the essential need for a LCB that is left footed. Conte had Cahill playing on the left of a back three when he won the league. I don’t think it’s a serious issue or need.

It's possible that having Bastoni changed his opinion on that a bit.

That said I'm sure we could win a lot of games without a playmaking LCB. Especially if we strengthen at WB and CM like we appear to be doing.
