It's highly incentive based, he clearly said one of the highest paid players in the league.
He's already the highest at Spurs.

Really hope we can build a team that is as world-class as he is and start winning some stuff (and hopefully new stadium will help in this).

Feel we just need to strengthen our full back options a little more as we need to be looking at top notch now rather than just good and a top class all-round midfielder that preferably can be partnered either with a DM like Wanyama / Dier or a more box to box like Winks.

And another centre forward but perhaps we can bring through Sterling or one of our other young players (there’s a new one scoring shitloads of goals but can’t remember his name).
