It's just a meme that's gone viral, nothing to do with bullying, don't be so precious lol.

Kane will brush it off as banter, he's had worse setbacks in his career then this. As I said before the whole country will be up his arse in about 2 months anyway.

Fully expect someone with his mentality to overcome it and push on.
Yeah, I can see that it’s banter, but it also feels a bit malicious too. Why do they care and why do they feel the need to even give him stick? And I definitely don’t like it when folks jump on the bandwagon and get their lumps in. Agreed, it’s not bullying and I’m sure Harry will set it aside within a week or two. But something about it I find a bit annoying.

But then nothing new for that club really.

Whatever you think of sky sports of course they are regarded as a serious sports news outlet. Anyway my point wasn’t that any of this has any credibility of course it’s nonsense. My point was kane has taken a battering and the effect it may have had on him. To think he is a robot and that none of this would have any impact in him is just naive imo.
Skysports as a serious sports news outlet :ROFLMAO: Do you ever look at their transfer deadline day shenanigans. They're a laughing stock.

Harry Kane for claiming the goal on the faintest touch, The club for appealing brought this on themselves...The reason its trending at the level it is is because other clubs & supporters see it for what it is... A serious own goal from a PR perspective.

Surely they saw the media reaction before the appeal. What made it worse was appealing the gial award

I do not understand the psychology of people who hear a hundred people make a joke and think “wouldn’t it be funny if I made that exact same joke”.

It’s humour without any wit, inventiveness or surprise. The only thing that can be said for it is that a bunch of people will joylessly laugh along in the hope that it will piss someone off.
Harry Kane: "I have filed an appeal with @Rob . I am quite certain this joke is mine. I am expecting all the likes for the Harry Kane jokes transferred to my account."

Yep, with the way social media is nowadays this was always going to happen. I was actually watching SSN as the news broke that we appealed and knew what was coming from then. Maybe not from the Liverpool players but generally knew it would be laughed at.

I personally thought the whole debacle was a bit cringe but in fairness to Kane, if he did feel a touch it would probably feel even more strange to say nothing or to not try and claim it. Hopefully it will just blow over because it is getting boring now that's for sure.

Wow. If he’s letting any of this get to him in the slightest I would be amazed! So what if there are a couple of memes out there? Who gives a flying ....?

As I don't live in England and neither do I lurk social media very often I wasn't aware how this had grown totally out of proportion. The fact that other professional football players are having a laugh about this is frankly totally unprofessional and utterly ridiculous. Liverpool is the real laughing stock here.

It's just so obvious that everyone is competing in who can formulate the most retweeted meme or tweet about this. Welcome to the age of social media I guess.

To put it in perspective, despite the Liverpool players recent public pettiness, we put out a classy post about the Hillsborough anniversary yesterday.

It wasn't long before some professional troll brought up whether Harry Kane had claimed credit and then other trolls started bringing up Heysel etc.

The internet can often be a force for good but more often than not these days it's a place for faceless hate disguised as "bantz lol" etc.

The Liverpool players themselves have had a field day with this on twitter, the precious twats they are. As if it wasn't just a few years ago they were brandishing t-shirts for racist biter. Funny enough if we win our game in hand we are level on points. We shall see who has the last laugh.

Who else apart from Karius has taken the piss?

The funny thing is I could care less. And I would bet good money, that if it were Aguero or Salah or Lukaku who did what Harry has done, you wouldn’t see the Spurs players sending out tweets like that. I just think it’s childish and stupid. It’s classic pinboard material. Harry already plays with a bit of a chip on his shoulder. This crap from the Liverpool players will not go unnoticed by him or our squad. They will use it as motivation to some small extent. I just don’t see the point of the players getting in their digs. Has Harry done it to them? To me it feels like an effort to bring him down a couple of pegs cos of how seemingly squeaky clean he comes across. And yeah, so what? I don’t like it. Cos he is one of our own, and I don’t like it when anyone takes the piss out of me and mine.

Is could care less a thing? I’d be interested to know how much less you could care.

It's Twitter. Who cares, honestly. It's a cesspit and in a week, some other nonsense meme will be in fashion. Some people are far too precious, it really doesn't matter, at all.

Utter bollocks. Keep lapping up what the media and idiots want you to lap up - it's only be over a week now.

Morons.
