Think we will be well beaten by United without him to be honest. Terrible.
Still can’t quite understand why Kane went to that Awards on Tuesday night 48 hours after he has supposedly done his hamstring. However minor surely he should have been resting up at home. Its not like he was even collecting an award ,seems very odd.But if there is minor damage.Prrsonally I’d Rest him for Real and palace and pull him out of England. To make sure he is 100% for 13 games in 6 weeks that’s coming.
Those award ceremonies are incredibly strenious to the hamstrings aren't they.

That's the spirit!

Llorente suffered a broken arm over the summer and had only just returned to training when we bought him, so not only did he not have a preseason under Poch, he didn't have a preseason full stop. I understand that he isn't a great fit for a high-pressing system, but we often don't press aggressively these days anyway, and to write him off as a failed purchase after two months is utterly ridiculous.@JayB you happy Llorente coming in for a few weeks, then, if Kane has proper done his hammy?
How do you think we should play him?
Rest of the players showed their mentality against West Ham, Kane is the leader on the pitch.
They had that mentality because the manager and many of the fans shared the same mentality, which is something that I personally find arrogant considering we have won nothing with this team or manager.Rest of the players showed their mentality against West Ham, Kane is the leader on the pitch.

Since he is at home he will have to attack some but I suspect he'll still favor a majority bus parking strat. Allow us possession and use his speedy wing players to counter attack and make diagonal runs in behind which we historically struggle with (Sanchez's speed has helped cut that down a lot). I would not be surprised to see him gameplan for an early goal then park the bus.Jose might be less inclined to park the bus now (or at the very least will be under more pressure to not park the bus) which could suit us.
Well, looks like we'll see.Llorente suffered a broken arm over the summer and had only just returned to training when we bought him, so not only did he not have a preseason under Poch, he didn't have a preseason full stop. He's obviously still getting back to full fitness and sharpness but even still has contributed with his excellent link-up play. It's unfortunate that it looks as though we may need to rely on him before he is fully settled, but that doesn't have much bearing on whether he was a good purchase or not.
As for his tactical uses he's clearly going to be a useful player as a target man against teams that park the bus, and as a fulcrum when we elect to set up on the counter. He had a number of deft touches around the box against West Ham that came to nothing because he wasn't quite on the same page as our other attackers. Once he develops that understanding he'll contribute to the intricate interplay we could use more of against disciplined defenses. He's been an effective instinctual finisher his entire career and I have no doubt that the goals will come as he continues to settle and build up his fitness and understanding with the players around him.

Not really a joking matter tbh.Of course putting any sort of weight on a damaged hamstring makes a difference. Also find it really odd he didn’t go straight down the tunnel on Sunday to get treatment straight away. Those award ceremonies are incredibly strenious to the hamstrings aren't they.
