Sick of all the ‘Kane deserves better than us’ rhetoric.

Pretty sure my wife deserves better than me, but I’m not going to wish her well and wave her off if she decides she fancies ‘a new challenge’.

The way some are acting, you’d half expect him to be applauded if he came out against Leicester with ‘Slave’ written on his face in eyeliner... (Throwback reference for those old enough to get it).

It’s Thursday - maybe go out onto your doorsteps at 20:00 and ‘clap for Harry’.

Fuck me.

If an generational talent like Kane cannot make Levy relook on how he runs this club, then he will never change.

Yep, this summer will be the clearest indication in Levy's time here of his priorities.

With the ESL, Mourinho and now this he's under more pressure than ever before and the only way to remove it is by showing some actual ambition and behaving like a proper club. If he doesn't then it'll prove for sure nothing will ever change the way this club is operated and I will for the first time be firmly in the ENIC out camp.

Up to levy

If he can't justify spending big now to keep Kane and put the club back up where it was a couple of years ago then his statement about what "is best for the club" is even more shallow than it originally sounded

I dont blame Kane for considering a move, but I do feel the timing is disgusting and it's disrespectful to fans and the club that have helped him to where he is now. This interview in a months time, fine, but to do it even before the season ends is tough to accept.

That said, the media are desperate for this move, and they are trying to create division between fans, Kane and the board. The one thing fans should not do is fall for that and make it easier for Kane to leave.

We've been here before with the statements, perhaps not to the level of a player of Kane's stature putting pressure on but Poch's last summer was similar.

We signed Ndombele and we all got excited thinking "Wow, Levy is really gonna go for it". We then spent the next two months dragging two deals over the line - both those players ended joining up injured.

It was also clear that we really didn't go far enough that summer. A CB, LB, DM, ST were all needed as well.
Again a difficult summer ahead become with the Euros they will not be much time to get players in and up to speed, I guess having no European football next season might give the players some needed rest time.

That was a pretty blunt interview from Kane, he even set the price he thinks is reasonable. :(

Oh, do piss off.

Whatever you might think of Levy (and I think we've all got the picture now after your last million posts saying pretty much the same thing), this is our club that you are talking about.

Fuck's sake......you'd like to think that only Arsenal, Chelsea and West Ham fans would refer to the club in such terms.
Please open your mouth a little wider when you speak next time thank you.

I think if the manager is who I think it is, and Levy gives him the backing I've heard he will, Harry could well be happy to see where it goes for another year at least.

Thanks Trix, you've always been my favourite ITK. You, and adiepf. Sorry Herc.
