Who do Sky try and link away from us now?

Son?

bet this has pissed on their deadline day plans.

Time to get him match fit then, starting Thursday where he can turn the tie around for us.

They're still gonna try and spin this. I expect on deadline day we'll have a yellow ticker saying, 'Breakthrough in Kane to City saga' then 2hrs later it'll fall apart before a final push in the final hour of deadline day.

This is massive for us this season. Love we didn't buckle to City cash, and love we can put this bloody Kane to City to bed for a couple of months.

Very happy about this, but still concerned squad isn’t good enough and we’ll be seeing this again next summer.

Hopefully Paratici will pull off some signings before window closes because at the moment the squad still isn’t good enough and the noises coming out lately about signings seems to be getting less positive.

It‘s a shame as we were so strong in 2016/17 season and have royally fucked it up since then and Chelsea and Man City (bar a centre forward) are so much stronger it’s a joke.

I just visited Sky to check that they were reporting this ground breaking news- nope still Mbappe as the main football headline!
They must be so pissed that the last day is ruined for them!
-If City come in again there's no way he's going no matter what the offer- Daniel Levy et-al well done for standing your ground and sticking to your/our guns

This.

This is the thing to be happy with.

Levy held firm. I mean it was helped by the gross incompetence of Charlie Kane and City's reluctance to go anywhere close to an acceptable offer but by staying quiet and allowing others to talk, we've allowed for others to come across as the villains

Its also a finger up to those in the media who have been saying Spurs will lose Kane and have nothing to look forward to but a demise.

It's an emphatic statement on who we believe we are.

PS Your posts have always had a depth of intelligence but with that new avatar. Well, i don't know.......
