Couldn't watch tonight's game. Were his interactions with the other players, the fans, the manager as you'd expect if he was fully committed to the team? Or is there some awkwardness, distance etc?
No, seemed his usual self.

He had a good reception from the fans at the start and played his usual game, dropped deep and play great long passes, was fantastic in scoring the 2 goals etc. You really wouldn't have thought anything had happened!

With all this young talent we are looking to sign around him I really hope he stays as a one club man and (along with Son) leads this young team to success down the line. Now that would be some legacy. He has the chance to be a Totti like figure.

Romero, Gil, Reguilon, Lo Celso, Skipp, Tanganga, Sessegnon and potentially Sarr, Moriba and Tomiyasu on the way in. There's a lot of talent there. Scarlett and Devine in the youth ranks too.

I can understand Kane being frustrated last season as we kept shipping goals after going 1 nil up and then drawing 1-1.

We also played some turgid football and he wants to be playing with footballers who set up chances for him.

Gil is looking very tasty now and Skipp is a refreshing upgrade in midfield.

We are also a lot more solid and fitter, hopefully now we’ll get a couple of signings to top things off.

I would like another centre forward as well as don’t want to burn Kane out having to play him all the time or not having a good focal point.

Shame we didn’t keep Vinny as he was good for the cup games and have us presence up top, the dinosaur handled him very oddly.

Along with about 30k others tonight in the stadium. Keep putting it in the net Harryand it won’t get mentioned.
It wasn't like he was coasting though. He came deep to make things happen. He isn't going to just cruise through games not bothering and that's why I think although people don't like how he went about it, he'll still give his all. He wants those records and I bet deep down he wants to prove something to City. Win/win for us.

Just a different class of player. Not many strikers can play as a sole striker and a deep lying playmaker in the same game and score 2 goals and probably should have had atleast 1 assist.

Every touch, pass and finish is just elite. Very lucky to still have him, wonderful to watch.

The singular thing that I think we can thank Mourinho for, imo. He either invented this role for H, or we were so turgid and gash because of him that that he took it upon himself, where he plays as an elite finisher and also playmaker at the same time by dropping 20yds. I can't think of a player like him in this role, even going back some years. Most don't have his passing and vision to be able to do it. He's like Sheringham evolved for the modern era, but better. A Lukaku or Haaland certainly couldn't do it. The stupid thing is that he can lose a yard of pace every year and not get any worse doing this shit, and that just makes it even more annoying that we had all of the bollocks this summer. He'll never be allowed to play this role for anyone else, and there is nobody else who can play this role. The twat.

If Kane stayed and we won stuff with him as top scorer/a highly influential player, in addition to his previous work, this saga wouldn't be a big part of the overall narrative (in the same way Rooney/Gerrard both wanting to leave in 2010/2005 were ultimately footnotes).

Yeah, fan reaction tonight suggests he's forgiven. Hopefully he's with us till the end of his career now.

Forgive and Forget poll currently sitting at 41%. I am forecasting it will be over 50% by kick off Sunday and over 70% by the end of the match! If its still there when we play scum itll top 90% when he scores the winner. Good to see!
