yeah it's hard to decipher between actual worth and what they would cost. I've kind of combined the both.

Also agree on Walker; his age and home-grown status will add a lot to his worth; if he was a few years old and foreign he would easily be under 10 million.

I don't think so, he's proven to be an important player but he hasn't grown into a game changer yet.

When we did miss him it was more because he was the only midfielder that didn't hide from the ball.

He had 5 months and a few days on his contract yesterday. Today he has 4 and half years to run.

Safe to say his value shot up in that time! Not sure if it hit 17m though

Yeah, if I was selling then these are the fees I would look to receive.

If I had to buy replacements could I get a better player (not one with the potential to be better) in each of those positions for less than the price I'm selling for? I think I would struggle.

I'd say 8-12m is about right.
