How to upgrade membership?

has anyone ever upgraded from lillywhite to bronze during the season? the OS website says it can be done but doesnt say how, if im logged in under lillywhite and try to buy a bronze one it says its £59 and asks for my card details.

ive emailed the club but havnt heard anything back yet

I've gone from Silver to Gold via the website. Can't remember how I did it but it was possible. Not very helpful, sorry

cheers dougal. its not exactly crystal clear how to do it and i dont want to hit the button on a £59 charge for bronze membership on the hope that they only charge me the £15 they're meant to.

im up at 13 minutes on hold with the ticketoffice at the minute, not holding out much hope
