Evening all. Longtime lurker here, driven to register and post for the first time as I could do with a bit of advice!

I’m not a member or STH but I used to be a member years ago and still have a client reference number. Earlier today I used my old CRN to buy a premium ticket for the Huddersfield game (tbh I couldn’t believe it actually let me). However I don’t have a stadium access card so not sure how/when I get my ticket - IIve emailed the ticket office but still awaiting a reply.

Unfortunately Im at work during their office hours and, as I don’t get a signal at my place of work, I can’t even call them during my break.

Have downloaded the app and found the ticket section - this says that STH & members tickets will appear 24 hours before the game - but I’m not either of these so not sure if the same will happen to me. Any other non-members had this issue at all?

I guess I can always visit the ticket office on the day if need be. But I can imagine they get really busy and, as it’s my first visit, I want as much time as possible inside the stadium rather than stood at the ticket office.

Cannot wait til Saturday now, COYS!

Ps - how much of a kerfuffle is it to get the complimentary beer at half time?

Complimentary beer? haha

If it exists there's a catch. Probably it'll give you the shits and Levy will charge a tenner for some bog roll or something.

Thanks all for the replies. It’s weird (in a nice way) to be participating here after being an anonymous viewer for so long :)

I have 2 season tickets in south stand I can’t use. I am trying to use the official ticket sale option via my online account but can’t. No reply from Spurs support office yet. If anybody wants to PM me I will sell / transfer them at face value (£59 each) so long as we can work out the mechanics. No need to pay me until you’ve got tickets. Gonna have to be some trust. They are great seats in safe standing section behind goal.

Hi, sorry for not replying earlier. I've been at work. I'm now about to set off for the stadium to get the full 3 hrs build up. I am also hoping to have a meeting with somebody senior about the ticket management problems. Understandably, Spurs have set things up to stop touts (and to sell more memberships) but, regardless, the online / IT system isn't working well and the support office is overwhelmed. I have 2 tickets I literally can't sell officially, even through I have no desire to make £ out of fellow fans. The £59 price is simply what I paid for the PL season divided by 19 (which is how Spurs calculates face value, but adds an admin fee onto the amount the buyer is charged). To clarify above, my seats aren't 1882.

Theoretically I can only transfer my season tickets for a match to somebody "in my network". To be in my network, a person has to have a Client Ref # number, which (presumably) means they have to have some kind of membership. So, as well as my kids, I'd have to buy a membership for any non-Spurs mate I wanted to give the tickets for a match (if we can't use them). When I purchased them, nobody told me quite how restrictive the system would be, even when it's properly up and running. The point is, at the moment, it doesn't even seem to be up and running.

I'm also a member of the Tunnel Club so I'm going to try and bash some heads to see if Spurs won't consider making the 'ordinary season ticket' process more user-friendly next season, in ways that still make it difficult for touts to exploit fans (or even fans to exploit other fans).

In the meantime, I can't officially transfer printed tickets to a non-member. It's possible to lend my stadium access cards but obviously that has to be somebody you know and trust. I'll see how my conversations at the club go this evening and update tomorrow if I have anything positive, especially for genuine fans who are non-members.
