Old Trafford supports 70k. Why the fuck would the rest go to Manchester then?

AND its all gone quiet over there!

Poor mate, VERY poor!

:duh:

On another note, although Rangers had not had great performances, but well done to the fans for sticking by them and suporting them in the final. Petersburg were quality to watch at times

Hutton has really impressed me. Despite what has been going on in his life (new baby, moving country, settling into new team) he has had a good start to his Tottenham career. I'm sure he will get better too.

A definate upgrade on Chimbonda imo, and I look forward to seeing him get forward more next season.

If i was a Rangers fan i'd be eternally dissapointed that they're in a league with only 1 real competitor in Celtic and with Hearts making trouble once in a while - fair enough, got Champions League and that, but the league itself doesn't really allow for even the top clubs to keep hold of the best talent - the money's not there for wages as they still live in the real world, so it means players like Hutton and McGregor have fistfulls of cash waved at them and the clubs and in a lot of cases it's just too good to turn down

Huttons shown some real brilliant touches but does tend to be a magnet for two-footed, knee high challenges for some reason - lucky for him he's nippy enough to jump clear of most of them, but damn the kids taken a kicking since he's got here.

I like him - eager to get forward, does work hard to get back when needed but is occasionally caught out on the wrong foot. He's got all the workings of a top right back though, think he just needs time to adjust to the constant pressure of the prem.

I think Hutton could prove to be an awesome signing, he has already looked good and compared to Chimbonda seems to know what loyalty is towards a club.
He is young and will get better after having a preseason with Ramos and working as a back four unit.

In the past i have always preferred Celtic in the Scottish league but have developed a soft spot for Rangers now. Is such a shame their season is falling apart when if it wasnt for so many matches im sure they would have won the league and stood a much bigger chance of winning in europe.

Wouldnt mind stealing a couple more players from them though!!

Eek:rofl::rofl::rofl:

yeh sure.
So far i've heard rangers fans say "we bought about 40-50,000 fans" "50-100,000 fans" now you say 200,000? Absolutely ridiculous. Do the maths fool

Read the papers and watch the news. many sources estimated close to 200,000.

Also, it turns out it was English fans who caused the trouble. It's a shame that everyone was so eager to place the blame on the Scots. At least the truth has come out. Although the damage has been done.

As for Hutton, he hasn't shown his best for Tottenham yet. Just flashes here and there. Some of the people on here are talking mince, though.

I've yet to see him get skinned.

He doesn't run with his head down.

Upgrade from Hutton in a few years? Do me a favour. Fergie wanted him as a long term replacement for Neville. Be hopeful we hold onto him, never mind find a better right back.

English fans fault.... So now the Scotts have blamed the Police and now the English.

IMO Hutton is the 2nd best RB in the prem after Sagna.

Chelsea's new RB is Bosingwa, who according to those in Portugal is good, but not as good as Ferreira (who he was understudy to @ Porto) who they already have. And were shocked at the £16m fee. Strange deal that one...

I think he's great. Yeah he hasn't lit the EPL on fire yet, but considering the adjustment from the SPL to the EPL and other things going on his life I think he's done quite well. He has all the tools and seems to be an intelligent football player as well. I can only see him getting better, especially because he isn't too old. That cross to Bent against West Ham was the best cross I've seen a Tottenham player put in, in open play, for quite some time, it was beautiful. What I like about him over Chimbonda is he does everything with more urgency, Chimbonda seemed to slow our attack down and hold onto the ball. Hutton either passes or is pushing forward. I've seen him make quite a few runs into the oppositions 18 yard box. We haven't seen too many goals resulting from his attacking play, but that will improve, especially with Bale pushing forward on the opposite wing next year. We will be quite a threat out wide next year I think.

Hutton has been impressive, West Ham game I went to he was up and down like a yo-yo. Good player, good price, and hopefully going to be with us for a long time. Just hope Man United get Alves or someone, and keep their mits of Hutton.
