What I'm afraid of is that the defeat, having dashed our hopes of 4th, will now deflate the whole squad. Poch will have to find some ways to lift their spirit.

I'd agree we need a winner outfield, someone who's been there and down it and can grab our young uns by the balls. Sunday was evident we lack leadership, that whole first half everyone could see the problem and threat they caused us down the left, an outfield experienced player may have been able to sort that out.
