A good article here about the player. Seems more in the VDV mould.

The author does also state that Falque is more of a 4-2-3-1 winger than a 4-4-2 wideman.

I just hope Harry doesn't use him like he did with Gio. Who is a 4-3-3 wide forward and not a winger in a 4-4-2.
everything that happened to gio was of his own making.

Good find.

That makes sense then - if we do properly shift to 4-2-3-1, as would really best suit our players, he'll be able to cover 2 or 3 of the '3'.

another youngster to the mix? i hope this is not the "surprise" signing from left field... don't think he will be featuring in our first team squad anytime soon.

A loan signing with no probable chance of a purchase when it ends...damn.

Given Villareal had the opportunity to purchase last year and declined makes me think there will be an option on the deal. Can't see the point for us otherwise as he won't come into the first team like Adebayor would for example so therefore would only contribute to the Europa League squad at best - what's the point. You get young players on loan because you think they will be good but aren't confident that they will adapt etc so its a try before you buy concept. This must be what we are doing if this chap is playing for us (and good old wiki has said he's ours since this morning so must be true)

suprised there are not more comments about mixing up Falcao and Falque!

Happy to see all these young, cheap attacking options in the ranks. From this guy (if it happens) and Ba (if that happens), Coulabily and Cellabos, if one of them becomes a top talent that would be worth the investment. The rest i'm sure would at least make moves back to home countries for a profit etc.

It is, according to Archie, I think the original notion came from waddlesgod though.

Not sure why people are going on a about the surprise midfielder, it seemed to be resolved as soon as it was mentioned.

Who would make a fake twitter account of a relatively unknown young player? Not doubting it but someone people are messed up
