If the unthinkable does happen, and we are relegated in May, which players do you think would still be here come the start of 2009/10?

Who would be a certainty to leave, who would be 50/50, and who would definitely stay?

Purely hypothetical at this stage, obviously - I don't want to contribute to the general doom-mongery which pervades this place. But would be interested to see what people think.

I'd hope King stayed and repaid the faith, probably Dawson, O'Hara and Defoe, the rest would leave....

Maybe, but it's purely hypothetical at this stage.

I don't think it's any more gloomy than the countless threads on where we'd be if Berba/Keane were still here, how we've never replaced Carrick, how half the squad aren't up to the job, how Levy/Comolli/Ramos ruined the club, how we should never have got rid of Jol etc...
