Players say this sort of thing all the time but with Dier I believe it. The kid has come on leaps and bounds this season. When he signed I thought we'd loan him out and if we were lucky he could be pushing for a place in a year or two. Now he's second best after Vertonghen, ahead of Fazio and Chiriches and so far ahead of Kaboul it's unreal. He's got a big future, maybe with Wimmer.
