And as for the poster who said he's not done better than AVB or Sherwood,no perhaps he hasn't in some ways however you can also say that AVB had a Bale in worldy form and Sherwood had Adebeyor.
AVB was not good enough and Sherwood is a short term motivator no basis to give him the job,yes doing well at Villa but we will see...
Yes we've had Kane for most of this season, but Eriksen,Chadli and co have provided a lot more than they did under the previous two.
Also under AVB we were getting tonked 4/5-0 by the big teams and same with Sherwood to an extent...Man.U away aside we've improved our results in that respect big time and our performances.
It's ultimately been an up and down season but we got to a cup final and have put in a couple of Stella performances which bode well for the future. Potch has also clearly identified who he thinks is and isnt good enough both ability and attitudewise.
This is so so key and if we recruit properly this time once we get rid of these not needed players then let's just see how well he does then.
I think he's doing a good job and De Boer aside was probably the best choice for us.
