If it's between him and Jansen, Jansen has a long way to go before he scores 15 plus prem goals a season. I don't think we are interested in him though

On one hand we get a Soldado, who was apparently good enough.
On the other we get a Kane or a Toby, who weren't good enough....

Then there are the many in between.

Poch has earned the trust from us fans, so whomever he wants, he has my backing (not that it's needed).

But on a side note, this is the type of articles I hate seeing, it's not even happened and it's being talked up as potentially not good enough, I'll take the days of rubbishing a player after a couple of games than months before it can even happen!

I think he'd do well under Pochettino's guidance and importantly would offer a threat in behind defences. He'd be useful at Wembley too I think.

unless we planning to spend big bucks I say he is a very good option. Quick and knows how to score goals in the prem would be useful off the bench and is different to Kane and Janssen

Surprised by the majority so far in thread just saying no.

Seems like got a lot of potential to me and has scored 12 goals since January!

Why so quick to write him off as a no?

I wouldn't mind us going for a pacey striker that can finish. Would probably mean selling Vincent though and I'm not sure Poch is going to give up on him that quickly.

Proven goal scorer in the premier league. And I guess he wouldn't mind playing second fiddle to Kane. Can come in the last 10-15 min to give different kind of attacking option to us. Why not..? But only if we are selling Janssen. Pointless to have to many attackers but unable to give game time. Son have done tremendous job during Kane's absence. So he's still an option to play upfront.

Proven goal scorer. Has done a brilliant job the last 2 years when he's had to come in and be the striker since Callum Wilson cant ever stay fit. He can play in the AM as well. Would be a great option to have off the bench, IMO. Is the bate here because he's not a sexy enough name or because he plays for Bournemouth? Or is it both?
