In amongst all the quotes saying he'd follow Pellegrini and about Real Madrid, he said the biggest thing in making a decision on where to play next season would be game time. He'd undoubtedly get more of that with us than either of those two, or someone like Chelsea.

works for me

he's only 21 or so so he could see some one like us as a stepping stone for a few years where he will get shitloads of game time

I agree. I do think Chelsea are a bit like Man City, overflowing with talent and not enough places to play them all. I see many unhappy players sitting there just collecting a pay check in the neat future

Surely he'd get plenty of game time under Pellegrini at Shitty.

He's not coming to us.

Playing time doesn't even come into it. If Man City/Chelsea offer him enough wages he will go there.

He has said differently, but OK.

Most players say the same but ultimately if they back their ability then it is likely they will go to the biggest club that makes an offer to them. You might think i'm wrong but I guess we'll find out by the end of the transfer window.

He probably wants to play in the world cup, though..

Money talks. If I was a footballer I'd say playing time is the most important thing, and I'd belive it until the situation arose. It's tough to turn down an extra 30k per week, even if it meant being a bit part player. It really comes down to how much your prepared to lose monetarily per week to be a regular.
The money talk is redundant anyway as I think isco is good enough to play a substantial amount of games for anyone in the world, so he might as well get paid as much as he can.

Well at the moment, seeing as he's said he'll go where he'll get games, I'd rather go with that, rather than your guesswork. That doesn't mean we'll sign him, or that he'd come here though.

Sign the legend and all time top scorer for his country and he will follow. In all seriousness I can't see this deal happening. Whilst he may prioritize playing time, wouldn't that be irrelevant if we can't agree a fee with his club which I can't see happening seeing as all the richer clubs are in for him.
