You claim to be an ITK but never disclose your source. So keep your finger pointing to yourself, cos you're about as believable as O J Simpson.

He did actually:

a few things to tell you, the lady taking our tour confirmed etoo was a white hart lane last week and also said she felt there will be a lot of ins and outs. Also amazingly just as the tour finished we came outside of reception and who was standing there, BERBA!

i had my photo taken with him and i then asked him if he was staying, he just smiled and didnt say a word. Others also asked after i did and still he didnt say anything..... he also didnt look injured. I really believe he will be going.....the lady taking our tour said to me that a lot at spurs dont like berba's agent at all. Ill update this thread with the pics when im back on tuesday.....


Proof of going on a tour and meeting Berbatov is fine. The tour steward may or may not have said lots of things, but she wouldn't actually know anything (as only 4.5 people in the club really know anything about transfers).

I know 100% Eto'o did not come to London or meet with anyone from the club when Barca were in Manchester.


P.S, I have either named or strongly hinted at every source I've had for Spurs related info in the past 6 months.

Dan's comments are hardly disproved by the above photos. If you think they have take a deep breath, log off SC, maybe spend a few minutes on 'ladieswholunge.com' and then come back and re-read them.

We've lost posters with genuine contacts, including one who was genuinely informed by the headest of head honchos and you are giving the majority of sensible posters on here a bad name.

I don't think anyone wants him out, but dantchev has pi**ed so many people off that berba has started to become bigger than the club...I think people are worn out by constant talk of berba's future, to the extent some wish it would just end...no-one can seriously doubt his quality, but his committment? Dan, can I ask under what cicumstances he would leave? Spurs wanting to cash in? I believe your contact or your contacts contact was in another ITK on here- cab ride?- saying he would most prob go.

Intresting thread,but to gain any real inside knowledge about the transfer activity at our great club,by going on a club tour does seem a tad on the unlikely side.
Regarding Berbs,cant help but think maybe the club wants him to leave.Seeing the players value rise so much over a couple of years,the club wants to cash in now.Obviously this would not make them popular with the fans,so they paint the picture that they wanted him to stay,his agent was always making it difficult for them to keep him etc etc.Maybe im completely and utterly wrong,but hey what do i know,im not an ITK ...

We don't want him to go but at some point the 'stupid money' figure kicks in whereby we think that the overall improvements we can make on the team with the money would far outweigh the benefits of keeping him. It's the 'every player has his price' situation.

Would Berbatov (£40m) = Huntelaar (£18m) + Veloso (£18m) + Fornaroli (£4m), for instance?

We just dont think it's likely that anyone who can afford him will actually want him that much and therefore he's likely to stay.

Even if we accept a bid, the player still has to agree to move. Berbatov is happier than most people assume. Remember he also opted to stay at Leverkusen for 6 years when Munich were trying to buy him every summer.
