Sorry I know I’m in a minority but I always think he runs around like a headless chicken. Numerous times he’d get the ball and just run with it with his head down until he ran into traffic. Never has his head up to see if there was a pass on.

Why on earth would he come here to be our number 2, when he can play for any side on the world. And he also wouldn't be a number 2, far superior to Lloris

Saka is a quality playe. He'll get over it, and use the experience positively! It's the difficult situations and setbacks that make us stronger. He's not going to wither and die cos he misses a pen.

My apologies but I couldn't understand why he was a 'free agent' when I checked on his current status. I was trying to be a bit diplomatic regarding Hugo after his lengthy service at the club but as you quite rightly say it would be Lloris demoted and this guy as our number 1. (Goodbye Joe Hart). I wasn't aware of his pending deal with PSG.

Good point but I’m just amazed at the general opinion that Rice is a great player. I don’t think he is. England were much more progressive a few years ago when Winks played in that position. Then Winks got injured, Rice came in and England have become progressively a more defensive minded team.
