The way people go on at times is like they never broke the law. It's like everyone breaks the law but not everyone gets caught. Whether you watch illegal streams, download shit you don't own, drive above the speed limit. There's just different levels to it and that's why there are laws with punishment to fit. As if anyone is even mentioning what the Moddle East owners do in comparison though

You're being disingenuous by saying 'giving illegal stock tips to your pilot'. Insider trading is far more serious than that. Ask those who have lost their pension funds because of insider trading.

I don't dispute its a serious crime.

Obviously KSA rulers' atrocities have nothing to do with excusing another person's financial crimes.

My point is in the age of internet rage farming, we tend to loose all ethical perspective in the binary Good vs Bad people.

This leads to ludicrous false equivalence, and allows the worst actors to gain a form of diluted protection when painted as "all being the same."

That's not true, 1 dude went to prison for it, he was just some (relatively) low level bank employee.
They basically blamed the whole thing on the guy who refills the ATMs.

When he is with his lovers he should shout "I am the Daddy, yes yes yes !" rather than "Buy Apple"

Many, many years ago I worked in the City. All of us minions had the riot act read to us about sharing any info whatsoever with anyone else. Meanwhile, all the fat cats were up to their armpits in the trough. Didn't take me long to work out that spending my days trying to make money for people who had way too much of already was about as pointless an occupation as possible. I left all of that behind very quickly and never looked back. I have nothing but contempt for greedy people, and I include many footballers on that list too.

That's right the two people with significant control of Tottenham Hotspur Ltd are
Mr Bryan Antoine Glinton and Mrs Katie Louise Booth

Isn't Lewis's daughter the person in charge now behind these names.

Nope. She’s a potential beneficiary under the trust one would assume. But she has no legal control of the club as things stand today.

Why are so many people on here ride or die about our absent owner who we never see, never hear, and never invests in the club

He doesn't care about you

It's alright if you heard it from a mates mate I think

It hearing it first hand from a chairman ,director, financial controller of a listed company and using the information to purchase stocks before the news become public

And yet another reminder.

The bolded bit always makes me chuckle.

"During the questioning, Morgan was confronted by copies of his emails and transcripts of his phone calls relating to his buying of shares.

"Though he found this "unnerving" it is apparent from the previously unpublished documents that he vigorously defends himself. He tells the DTI, as he said in public at the time and has done ever since, that he bought the shares without realising that his business columnists, known as the City Slickers, were about to tip the shares the following day."

Is there any chance we will be stripped of all our titles during the ENIC reign including the Audi Cup, Peace Cup and the big prize - League Cup 2009?
