But was she definitely fit ? I have no idea. I don't watch big brother because I have what your psychologists refer to as a life

i am very sceptical about this transfer..................

If its true and he is @ the lane holding talks with us somethings not right.
put it this way, woodgate is one of, if not boro's best player, he's a home grown boy and seems to have an effection with the club.......

i can;t see boro, expecially steve gibson selling there best player without some kind of fight,,,,,,,,, steve gibson loves the club and he wants it to do well, why would he sell there best players? In the past boro have never really needed to sell there best players (onl;y in the past when they were relegated.
downing is a perfect example of this, how many times have boro fought us and others off signing him? they wanted him to stay.

so why does it seem we are getting woodgate easily, do they know something we don;t? (injury, he's trouble, we are paying over the odds)

Any thoughts?

They need someone to score. They're supposed to be chasing that alphonso dude from Heerenveen, and he's gonna cost them a pretty penny, maybe Woodgate would be a good way of raising it?

I believe that Boro have accepted our bid as the story is everywhere, not just SSN. Defence is about the only place Boro are blessed with half decent players, especially with the emergence of Wheater. They are making a little bit of money as well from what they paid and also most importantly i would say Woody simply wants to leave the club, especially as Arca got made captain

he would be a great signing... However i cant see Ramos letting him smoke and drink so he may cause some off the field issues... But a CB pairing of King and Woodgate is a wet dream!!... Lets hope for once talkshite have it right and that he has signed on the dotted line

Just checked it out. Woody didn't player against Bristol City in the FA Cup 3rd round, so would be able to play vs United should we tie up a deal and register him in time. He's also be eligible in the UEFA Cup, which would be a big bonus.

dont think he has played in the Carling cup (or what ever its now called cup) ether.

Just looked, they only played 2 games in the league cup, Nothampton and us, didn't play in ether.

So can play in the finals if needed.

According to my Boro fan workmate: Deal is for 7 mill, he doesn't smoke any more, has been average this season.

Bloody 'ell! How'd I forget to check that

Wonder if there's a set date you have to be registers by. I wouldn't think so. I remember when we played Blackburn in the 2002 final: Yordi came on for them with about 15 minutes to go for his debut. He'd only signed for them on loan in the Jan window, so I guess Woody would be good to play in the final!

And Anelka played against Everton, so surely Woody would be free to play for us. Unless he's injured, like.
