Lech Poznań fans claiming we have signed their 20 year old midfielder Karol Linetty. Karol will be playing his last game for Poznan tomorrow.
He was linked to us in Jan window.

We've just signed this lad.
It could go both ways. He became propably the best player in polish league, or at least close to, in one season. He has potential to become a great player for us. Good workrate, has his good moments of brilliance, quiet lad off field. Reminds me bit of Harry Kane - improvement-wise, as well as being that guy who doesn't get bothered by media. At least that was the case in Poland.

While this is indeed true, sometimes you get a player you propably don't even need and he turns out to be a great signing. Look at Dier - nobody expected him to be "ready", but it turned out he's our starter right now.
Linetty can be played as CM/CAM, so he could fill into Mason's role or Eriksen's, obviously being only a rotation player.
Grzegorz Krychowiak from Sevilla is a perfect example of bargain singing. Sevilla paid 5.5m euros for him, and right now he's propably worth around 20, if not more. I am not saying Linetty is a signing that will do the same, but he definitely has potential to play in our starting XI and be vital to our plans if he works hard enough.

I have watched Slask Wroclaw quite a few times as a mate supports them, bit patchy at times but there are some skilful players, slask had a winger the fans nicknamed little messi and he looked a terrific prospect..
