Dyer could be cracking if he stayed injury free...

unfortunately that's about as likely as Gordon Brown dying of a heart-attack and me taking the PM job by the end of the week.

So if Sam has given a "hands-off warning" to us, I have no problem with it.

I seem to remember us getting a hands off warning when we approached Newcastle about Jenas!!

what's the point if we were to get a right winger I'd rather swp.

He's not really a winger tho is he? More of a pacy attacking mid. But with the wages he's on we should be looking elsewhere.

I've always rated him and thought his performance against us a St James's this season was one of the best midfield displays we faced last season. He tore us apart and was the difference between the two side. It was the same when i saw him against Arsenal, he was just too good for Fabregas and Gilberto. However, as others have poitned out, his injury record and wages would mean he isn't worth the risk. It's a shame how his career has gone because he is one of the more talented players this country has produced, but has never got to show it.

The Spammers are now in for him allegedly, to replace the French bloke they broke the other day.

Apparently part of the fee is being paid by Frank Warren who is arranging a re-match with Lee Bowyer.

If he goes to WHU and teams up with Bowyer, watch out for more nightclub arrests and alleged attacks on members of the public.

He could most def do some damage outhere, but I'm not sure where he would fit on the pitch.
