Seeing Gareth Bale and Ledley King in pre season training warms my heart, it's as thought we have spent 30 million on transfers, as that is something like their worth on the transfer market. COYS

Couldn't agree more. Though there is part of me that wishes they were standing at the side.

In bubble-wrap.

I agree but based on other world class players evaluation, a fit King and Bale is worth more than £30 million in my opinion.

a fit King is pricless to us! not only one of the best defenders in the world (if not thee best) he has so much respect on the pitch from some of our players! Bale isnt as big a welcoem back, but still a big thing! the form he wa showing last season was impressive, and when he is fit (as i think he had the injury for afew games before it went) then we will be in for a treat if he plays LM or even LB

Twould be lovely to have Ledders punch in a good attendance this coming season and a few more seasons.

Definitely a bonus alongside Woodgate.

Its also good to see Giovani in training following his ankle surgery. Hopefully he will be 100% soon.

Soooo hope that King and Bale can do it for us this season- would be a massive massive boost to have those two both start 35+ games each this season

I forgot to mention, King and Woodgate centre halves, Hutton and Bale full backs, GOMES in goal, is as good as it gets for me :))))

Tottenham: Robinson, Chimbonda, Gardner, Stalteri, Kaboul, Jenas, Zokora (Huddlestone 87), Malbranque, Tainio (Bent 59), Berbatov (Defoe 77), Keane.
Subs Not Used: Cerny, Rocha.

This is what we put out first game of last season.Feeling a bit more confident about the start to the upcoming season.

i cant think of any thing better than having ledley back and 100% fit.hes a class act as simple as that and a fit led is up there with any center back in the game.i would welcome him back more than any new signing...

That back four, ouch. And we were gonna challenge fourth place. There were a lot of players injured though.

King and Bale being fit and playing a wholse season or something close would be without doubt the best two signings we could make, we're fine up front, the midfield will be superb if only we had a defence that was consistent.

Gomes, Hutton, King, Woody and Bale would be immense.

Me too .

If we were actually able to field that defence for two thirds of our league matches we could match any of them .

I am very pleased with Modric, Santos Bostok and Gomes, but I cannot help but feel the transfer market is far from over for the Spurs... watch this space !!!
