So the Bernabau has some extra scaffolding around the top of then to cover the seats and some usual bland brushed steel exterior. Seems a bit underwhelming to have spunked all that money on tbh.

It's the camp nou

Bellingham - incredible start to his career there. 2 goals in the El Classico and grabbing the winner in the 91st minute

Kroos' lack of celebration when the camera cut to the benches at 2-1 is clearly capturing him thinking "fucking hell I'm old now"

Even though he's still five years younger than Modric. But Luka is superhuman.

I was there in January and was told during the stadium tour that it wouldn't be used this coming season. November 2024 is reopening month if all goes to plan.

Spotify Camp Nou is just

To go from Mes Que Un Club, refusing to have a shirt sponsor and then having Unicef for a few years to the corporate monstrosity they've become (and yet still managing to become broke as fuck) is sickening.

Their kit with the Rolling Stones logo looks hideous. Not as bad as them having white numbers, though - they look like Eibar.

Well, at least Barca seem to getting more bang for their buck money-wise with the stadium update than RM. Not just a roof over the seats and a swanky stadium wrap for the cost of a whole new state of the art stadium.

I don’t know if it’s because Madrid are expected to win every single game but the lack of a mental celebration for both goals is weird. First one is a stunner to equalise and the last is an injury time winner. If it was Spurs (say, Maddison) who scored those goals against Arsenal, the players would be going absolutely fucking mental and not just this season when we’ve been good and expectations are higher, I’m talking, any season ever.

There were some (very likely untrue) rumours that Bellingham wasn’t overly liked by his teammates because of his attitude/ego at both Dortmund and now Madrid. I mean, they did celebrate but not like you’d expect for a last minute winner against your main rivals. Barely anyone moved for the equalising goal. The player behind Bellingham didn’t even raise his arms or anything. Weird. As I say, maybe they just expect wins every week.

It looked bad when it happened and it is bad.
After the tests carried out on our player David Alaba, he has been diagnosed with a rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee. The player will undergo surgery in the coming days.

Yet another one to add to the ACL plague. This madness of flogging the absolute maximum out of players is why this happens.

That's what happens when a sport becomes just another content revenue stream run by totalitarian regimes and corporations.

That's three of their regular defence with an ACL injury.

Damn.
