His overall performance and his influence on the fluidity of attacks, and the number of stupid fouls committed. I no longer defend Soldado. I thought he would improve with both Lamela and Eriksen behind him, it didn't happen. For what it's worth, I wasn't the one constantly making those comments you have accused me of saying- I have never defended 'the guy to the hilt'.

Well that's just fucking bullshit. I defended him, but I never denied he was (and still is) poor.

Just don't see it happening. Never been so excited for a transfer after we got this guy, he seemed to have everything and was one of the best prospects in Europe.

Keep expecting him to do something great or have had at least have one game where he's put in a MOTM performance. Bar the rabona moment of brilliance, there's not been a single moment where I've gone wow, we've got some player on our hands here. People keep mentioning these flashes of brilliances but I'm yet to see any and I just don't think he's got it in him to start tearing it up in the PL. It's obvious his confidence is down as you would have thought there'd have been an improvement in performance since he was back in Italy but it was the same bang average performance that some people here seem to laud. Hard worker yes, but with his poor attacking play, I can't see him lasting here.

I'd still give him time and try him in a couple of other positions but we should be looking for a different RW in the summer for the first team. Aside from that I still think he should be given until next summer, but there's no way this guy deserves to be going into next season in the first team
