Wouldnt put Lennon in that bracket, he was trying so hard against Wigan, apart from that game, it isn't because he's too lazy, its just because hes shit.

KPB without a doubt on that list, think hes been on there since the summer..

Disagree with JJ being not bothered though, still not fully fit IMO.

If we're talking about those who appear to have lacked motivation since the CC Final, then top of the list to my eye has been Berbatov. And that's taking into account the fact that he is scoring reasonably regularly, and has been involved in a great many of our good moves. All that means is that he is a class act. It seems to me he wants to be playing elsewhere, and with his ability could have done a whole lot more.

Jenas has occasionally sprung to life, but has generally been very lethargic.

Zokora has regularly played well in the first half of games and then been completely anonymous or worse in the second half.

Chimbonda has not been too bad in recent weeks in an unaccustomed role, but I think Ramos had decided very early on that he was not committed enough, and that's why we bought Hutton.

Hutton, Dawson, Woodgate, Keane Lennon and Malbranque and Huddlestone have all shown consistent commitment to the cause in my view, as has Bent when he's come on, though the form of some of them has not been up to much. Lennon has obvious faults which he appears to be trying hard to eradicate. Huddlestone, who has been very inconsistent, seems to me to have been trying too hard, and been guilty of rushing his passing, and Taraabt has been guilty of a similar fault, though with him it results in him hogging the ball, trying to beat the opposition on his own.
In my view Boateng, Gunter and Kaboul have been held back in the hope that a pre-season with the coaching team will help them progress next season.
I think Ramos has decided that the likes of Lee, Rocha, Stalteri, Gardner, Barcham, Ghaly, Robinson and Cerny are not what he wants, and probably Tainio and Alnwick too though I dont think the commitment of any of them is in question.

I am sure all those players are on their way, but since most have been on loan or frozen out since before Christmas, they do not meet the criteria of the original post, which concerned players who have been impossible to motivate because they have their mind on the summer holidays. So if the Goat is correct we are looking at four or five being moved on in addition to those. Plus possibly others who we might want to hang on to but who want out.

It could be a busy summer.

I think logic deduction dictates that it will be players that are still at Spurs currently but are not in the first team + those on loan that havnt especially impressed. As someone pointed out, Ramos would not pick unmotivated players in the team. Those players listed have not been in the team for some time.

Tainio, Rocha, Lee, Gardner, Stalteri, Im not so certain Ghaly will go because he has shown something in his derby performances that we have lacked, creativity.

1 + 1 = 2 (I think)

I prefer the surprises like this than 2 months of ITK nonsense any-day.
Not saying that i won't be glued to transfer rumours though

You may think that - a hell of a lot of people don't, including me, seeing as how I've seen first hand information arrive in my PM box or posted on another site that's come into fruition weeks and months before the press have a sniff of it.

So let's chill out on the ITK bashing, and give this thing a chance eh?

Shouldn't you be happy that we've signed someone? I fucking am.

I think the lack of motivation thing is being over played. I really don't see any difference in terms of motivation and effort in the games post the league and many before it. Against Sunderland we won 2-0, but I really felt they deserved something out of the game. Against Reading we won 6-4, but again we could easily have conceded 6 ourselves. When we played Derby, on paper it looked like an easy 3-0 win, but in reallity it showed just how dependent we are on Berbs. Until he came on we were dreadful. In both legs against Prague I didn't see anything there that we has been missing from our players since the CC final. I suspect Ramos has 5 or so players that he simply doesn't think are good enough and Poyets rant a few months back also supports this. People say we've lacked motivation since the CC cup, but in general I just think we've been unlucky. We certainly have played aswell, if not better, than in the games I mentioned and they don't include uninspiring displays against Everton and Villa. I think our poor results have been more down to the rub of the green than anything else. Obviously there was the Newcastle and Birmingham games, but even in those I didn't feel were outplayed. Lasy year we were brilliant against Newcastle at WHL and still lost, it just happens sometimes and we've had a few games like that recently. On another day, had things gone our way we could have thumped Boro or Wigan and then our form, in terms of ppg, would have been better than before the CC final. Against Wigan, for example, I think we dropped 2 pts more because of a couple of odd selections rather than lack of motivation.
