i need a really good reason as to why Ledley would lie before i start believing these sorts of things.

He's in denial? Yep, the whole club sit there, fingers in their ears saying 'la la la, I'm not listening' everytime a medical expert tell them the truth

what is for sure is we need to get another CB in - I'm not ITK about anything but experience tells me that we can't rely on Leds for next season

I'm not 100% confident on Bale either - and still think on the whole we should get another LB in too

It all seems like bollocks to me but I could understand it all if it had something to do with the terms of insurance.

How about "Would drinking Mermaid Piss help encourage regrowth of Ledleys battered leg bend?"
that's more interesting than this same ol' same ol' thread, right?

Thing is Ledley has always maintained that he will come back fighting fit, but it hasn't happened has it? he came back this season after months out and couldn't string more than a couple of games together before croking again.

So while people are writing off the retirement and 'never play consistently again' rumours, it would seem there is some truth by his track record with the troublesome knees.

either way, we don't need a brand new thread everytime someone hears their mate down the pub mention that their dogwalkers hairdresser found a napkin in a north london cafe that not only had scrawled on it a direct and accurate translation of the original dead sea scrolls, it also happened to mention King was crocked4Life, aight?

Mod's - can we have a "Ledleys Retirement Thread" posted and stickied somewhere so that if and when the day comes that one of these random ITK's [sic] finally gets it right through coincidence, they can stay in there and bleat about it, save me from reading it in a hundred threads that will, inevitably, be created?

Please dont shoot the messenger i am just telling fellow YIDS what i heard at the game on Sunday, this info was overheard in the offices at the lane. The Ledley come back will never happen he is to remain at the club as a "token" player:bang:, he wont ever be able to play a full season again and that his injuries are worse than what has been mentioned.:eek:mg: So we will be actively looking for another CB in the summer. I for one have no reason to doubt what has been passed to me, this person does have access to all of the lane offices and ground.

And this person who has access to all the offices at the lane must be the tea lady or cleaner? Also in the time that they have had access the only time they heard this being mentioned was on Sunday? OK then!:bs:

Ledley is so obviously f*cked it's untrue.

My opinion won't change until I've seen him play 20 games on the spin injury-free

Point 1 - if this thread were that shit why do you keep gracing it with your ounce of shite as well?

Point 2 - i came on here with something i have genuinely been told and wanted to pass it on to fellow supporters, seeing as until this time next year you are unable of saying it is bullshit and i on the other hand can not prove it is true, i would suggest you hold your small minded opinion until such time as you are able to pass comment.

Shit, this one slipped past me.

In the past, we've heard directly from the club about this and as with the previous 4 squillion threads, this one is locked.
