They have been our worst performers on the last 2-3 games recently, and yet continue to start.

To be honest I can imagine some of the lads wondering what is going on with Mason in that Lamela and Lucas are nowhere to be seen despite being two of the best performers for us even when everyone else was shit, Winks started a fucking final as well as other games, Dier permanently reinstated before today and Dele has returned to starting irrespective of performances. Three of the English lads as well to fuel the whole 'Mason and his mates' debate.

Not trying to suggest that conclusively has anything to do with absentees today, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was in the back of certain players minds.

It was always going to be the case when we appointed him. Said it back in February when people were clamouring for him. He was a rookie player coming into the team when Dier and Kane were already established, he also played second fiddle to Winks and Alli - he was never going to challenge them or drop them out the team.

I wanted Jose out and I don't think we'd have been up to much anyway but picking faves will go a long way to pissing certain players off.

Then what's the excuse for most of the team....they have most all been terrible and disinterested. Whats good for one has to be good for another. Son has been abysmal for weeks and weeks yet waltzes into the team. Don't get me wrong Ndombele can look disinterested and not motivated but so would I Winks got picked ahead of me each week.

You are right most of the team has looked terrible lately but the difference imo is son winks and the likes have been terrible trying their best. Ndombele has all the talent in the world but he hasn’t got the heart. For me first you have to give your all for the club no matter how talented you are
