Terry’s also an idiot if he thinks getting involved in a consortium is a good idea.

Would see him ruled out of any premier league management job other than Chelsea… that would be such a shame ?
Terry just epitomises the Chelsea brand.. A match made in heaven

Not sure if this is best thread for this but my mate had his stag do last night. Nothing heavy, to old for that shit but about 10 of us went for an Indian after drinking for about 5 hours.
We were not best behaved it has to be said but this couple came in and she was wearing a Chelsea shirt. Seemed like a good idea at the time to start clapping, hands above head and singing 'Where's your money gone? Where's your money gone? Far, far away' lol.

I've got a horrible feeling that they might win the cl and fa cup this season. Tuchel has an incredible record in cup games anyway and now they've got this siege mentality to go with it.

yep
you just know that them winning the CL would be at the expense of one Tottenham Hotspur who make it into the 4th spot as Chelsea are deducted 30 points and still finish safe from relegation.

When did imagining the worst scenario for Spurs become a thing?
It’s a bit odd.

Should be plenty of clubs looking at all the Chelski players out on loan all over the shop!

I’d imagine they won’t be able to keep all those players on contracts and the current loan model will have to be scaled down

Gallagher at Palace and the CF at Southampton to name but two…

Spurs women at Chelsea on Wednesday on Sky , be interesting to see how many ST holders they have for the Women's team at Chelsea as I assume they have not been able to sell any tickets for the game.
Also wonder if Brentford were able to sell tickets for the their game at Chelsea on 2nd before the ban came in otherwise shouldn't they be applying to PL in the name of "sporting integrity" to have game played behind closed doors.

I do hope the government are not going to fast track the sale of the club, let them suffer as long as possible.

Nah I don't really want to move on. I think it would be much sweeter to finish 5th in the PL this year and have Chelsea knocked out of the top 4 by points deduction so we are the club that moves into the CL as a result of their misery. Revenge is a dish best served cold.

And while we’re at it, let’s sign Saka on a free from Assna to get even for Judas

Seem to be managing to worm their way out of every restriction. They shouldn’t even be in business if things were being done correctly.

It was always going to happen I am afraid. Don’t like the sound of the guy the cubs owner is joining forces with. He’s got a $20bn fortune. Doesn’t mean he wants to spend his own money on the chaos though of course

Why not just let supporters buy tickets but on the condition all proceeds of ticket sales go to Red Cross Ukrainian appeal, pretty easy to work out for PL away games , 3,000 x £30 = £90,000 to Ukraine.

Let the FA sell the tickets and give the money to the people of Ukraine.

Chelsea get points deducted, Tottenham finish in 5th and secure CL football and then West Ham win the Eur... I can't even write it.

I an see them getting bought by the Saudi group. Especially since the UK Government is actively trying to win favour with them for their oil, hence Boris' visit last week.

Apologies if this has already been covered but I don't understand where the money from the sale actually goes?
