Love him or hate him, Klopp has been good for football and the premier league.
I mean he's not wrong...Not won a lot? Blimey you must have high standards.
Guess some have blacked out the UCL he won v us in the final. Hate him as much as you like, he is the one who consistently ran City close every year (last season aside). Never been a fan of him, but can't ignore what he has done at Liverpool in his time there. We put Poch in high regard who won nothing, Klopp for them is on a higher pedestal and rightly so.I mean he's not wrong...
Eight seasons and (domestically) he's won
- 1 Prem title,
- 1 FA cup (0-0 draw winning on pens)
- 1 Lge cup (0-0 draw winning on pens)
Compared to the reputation he has you'd expect it to have been more
There were murmurs he was thinking about going shortly after they won the league but I reckon he felt he couldn't leave Liverpool where they were and decided to get the level up again.I think he’s probably going before he burns out again. Isn’t that what happened at Dortmund and why things went a bit sour there.
Seems a good decision to me. Professionally and personally.
Normally means the press have got wind, and given him the opportunity to make the announcement.

Really? If a managed had achieved what he achieved for us he'd be a walking messiah. A bit more like the Champions league, Super Cup, Club World Cup, that you conveniently left off the list?I mean he's not wrong...

I was actually surprised that it was as few as that. Of course he'd be a Messiah at Spurs if he'd won that but considering the team he had I certainly thought he'd have mopped up a few more FA and League Cups.Really? Realistically you can't do too much more than that. He inherited a pretty poor side and was up against City and Chelsea's billions. He transformed the squad with some incredible signings and implemented one of the most attacking systems we've seen. But more than that he kept them regularly competitive even when they didn't win- something Ange has talked about as being his biggest goal. We didn't win one trophy under Poch. Sure he could have added one or two more cups but there are other good sides also trying to do the same thing remember! He's done a superb job, and as much as I hate them at least we've had another team trying to play the right way for a few years.I mean he's not wrong...
