Now I know this is the laugh at Liverpool but the last match of the 2017/18 season is done. Three weeks or so until the World Cup begins.

Not too shabby, we lucked out on a trophy but we have a new stadium with Champions League football going to be played there.

On the anti-opponents 'wish and gloat list' we did OK.

Chelsea and Arsenal ended up with nothing and no CL.
Liverpool finished below us again after all their boasts and brags.
Could have done without Man U winning the FA Cup but whatever.
John Terry lucked out with Villa
Shame West Ham avoided the drop but they'll be in the Prem for shits and giggles next season.

Err, didn't Chelsea win the FA Cup? ?

Are people WTFing my liking of Klopps interview or my opinion on football in general? Or my opinion on Ramos.

This is the problem with rating's, it removes discussion.

I didn’t rate your post, but I pretty much disagree with all of it. Klopp hung his keeper out to dry when his side were fucking insipid for most of the game and deserved to lose. And he had no answers except to bring on a DM (Can) when they needed to score.

Salah initiated the arm lock and Ramos clearly didn’t mean what happened.

Having to watch your team lose a Cup Final is hard.

Knowing that the defeat came, in part, because you lost your best player to injury is harder.

Knowing that the injury was deliberately caused by an opposition player who is renowned for his shithouse approach to the game, and loved by his fans for this, is really difficult to take.

And that's why, when my Liverpool supporting friends look to me for sympathy when we next meet, I'll put my arm around their shoulder and say:

'Fuck you. Don't come crying to me about Ramos and Salah. I was 13 when Graeme Souness took Galvin out in the Milk Cup Final and now you know what it feels like. You had that coming. Fucking karma, bitches.' :finger:

Wow. You're old enough to play for west ham.

I was there too, I was 25 and am probably too old to play for Wet Spam.

TFFT (y)

I was there. Was 17. But I’m too good to play for West Ham

No.

No they're not.

They're going to get found out big-time, because they're up against the most experienced crack, shock-troopers of the Champions League; a team that has been there, done it all and broken records that no other team in the history of the competition has done.

A team that is full of 24-carat winners, led by one of the greatest players of all time, whose drive and ambition for success enables him to produce on the biggest stage, time and time again.

A team that has had the most difficult route to the final, has tasted disappointment along the way, but has still managed to battle through adversity and make it to Kiev.

When the teams walk out on the pitch, one of them will be overawed; the other will consider it business as usual.

I don't know what you guys were worried about

Quite arrogant to assume all Spanish fans watch the EPL. They all do watch Champions League however so winning that will show who he is. Do you think any of them had any idea who Bale was before he repeatedly skinned Maicon in CL?

I barely even know where to start with this. What the actual fuck are you talking about? How have I "arrogantly assumed" that in any way shape or form? When did I ever say that all Spanish fans watch the premiership? I haven't even said anything about fans whatsoever.

This has absolutely nothing to do with fans. Your original point was that it's better for Liverpool to win because then Madrid are more likely to buy Salah, I disagreed with that by saying that I'm sure Madrid have seen how good he is throughout the season so won't be basing whether or not they sign him on this one game.

At what point does that have anything to do with fans? You are aware that fans don't vote for who the club signs or some shit, right? They have professional scouts etc. who identify players that they could sign and whose job it is to know who is and isn't in form across the various leagues around the world. I'm fairly sure those people had heard of Mo Salah before watching him in the CL final given that he's been the most prolific player in the most-watched league in the world for fuck sake

And we smashed the eventual winners so we kind of won, albeit without actually playing in the final. Err.
When I pointed this out to a dipper in work earlier in the week his response was "Sure Madrid were shit back then " in typical classless arrogant bindipping fashion they can't even give credit to another team.Fuck them I despise everything about them ,same little prick scoffed at my suggestion of Madrid winning 3-1 ,can't wait to show him my winning docket in the morning:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
