They don't need to worry about losing the spotlight when the media will only employ their ex players.

To be fair we probably have more support than them these days....at least on the BBC. Every time I watch MOTD there's an ex-Spur on there - Lineker, Jensas, Murphy, Sherwood,

I don't think we'll be laughing at Liverpool in the footballing sense next season. They are really starting to click. They've had time for new manager syndrome to pass and I think Klopp will have them back in the mix for CL next season. Hate typing it.

Maybe but they need to cull a lot of the squad and bring in some quality and we know first hand that isn't easy. I suspect they will make a few jaw dropping signings this summer though. Be interesting to see.

Particularly if they win the Euro cup and get CL anyway

Although Lineker doesn't want us to win the league, and Sherwood is either praising us but claiming responsibility for himself or making thinly disguised digs at us or Pochettino. Murphy spent more time at Liverpool than us, too.

Linekers always been very supportive of us before though, it's not like he wouldn't be cheering us on if Leicester weren't having the season they are.

Lineker has always had our back. He simply has a bigger connection with Leicester. When both teams were pulling away from the pack he actually thought we'd be first and Leicester would be second.

According to RMC Sport, Mamadou Sakho has been suspended by Liverpool after some doping tests for using a fat burner. #lfc
Just confirmed by LFC...

LFC said:
Yesterday, Friday 22nd April 2016, a formal communication was received from UEFA stating that they are investigating a possible anti-doping rule violation by Mamadou Sakho.

The player will respond to UEFA on the matter.

The player is currently not subject to any playing suspension. However, the club, in consultation with the player, has decided that while this process is followed the player will not be available for selection for matches.

There will be no further comment at this time.

Sakho's drugs test took place after Liverpool's 1-1 draw with Manchester United on March 17th.

I remember him saying on MotD a few months back that if it turned into a two horse race between us and Leicester it would be win-win for him. As it transpires it has become a two horse race, but he doesn't give two shits for us at the moment.

Not that they're at all relevant to us, but just about worth mentioning that Liverpool's draw against Newcastle means that we have officially finished above them again.

Wouldn't get too cocky yet, they could well win the Europa league, a feat we have failed to do for far too many years.
