Reported that he told the Liverpool owners last summer. His full staff are going with him which makes you think he is possibly going to the Germany job.

Makes me a bit sad, that. I do think he's fundamentally a good bloke and for all the annoyances, I think he's been a net good addition to the league, and built maybe the best side I've seen without a massive asterisk next to it.

Same, I do think he's a good man. But also a massive prick. I see a lot of myself in him in that respect.

But in seriousness, it will be a loss to the spice of the league. He's a character, and a very good manager. Hopefully they have a nice long lean spell now though and a nice little slide.

Well that is a big shock. Can't say I'll be sad to see him go as I think he is an enormous prick and a bad loser. Having said that, no doubt he is an outstanding manager and whoever they get will be a step down.
