Let's All Laugh At... Let's All Laugh At West Ham

What's really annoying is that James Collins got sent off today and won't be eligible to play against us.

I still remember his role in Pochettino's first ever game in charge.

0-0, Naughton in the bath after 30 minutes, all West Ham have to do is keep it calm, pass it around and the winner will come.

Cue James Collins.

Already on a yellow, he dives in on Ade with all the elegance that you would expect of an Allardyce player, evens up the numbers, thus leaving a Dier-shaped hole in the centre of their defence for the injury-time winner. Cue celebrations all round and Brady jumping up with such a look of disgust on her face that I thought she'd woken from long-term hypnosis and realised who her business partners were.

Let's hope that the FA do us a favour and rescind it.

Last season they had a great start up to December, then their bubbles all burst and they started on a downward spiral. Let's hope this repeats itself this season as I still want them to play the opening season at the OS in the Championship ( I really want this but can't see it how bad other teams look).

Their defeat yesterday was almost inevitable. Friday on Talksport they dedicated the show to the spammers and virtually everyone of them to a man were phoning in saying how they would be finishing in the top 4 comfortably. Even more bizarre was the fact that again everyone of them wanted to put on record that they had a much better squad than us?? they are literally obsessed. Why Durham or Goughie didn't correct them into saying that its all well and good having a better squad than us but unless we are mistaken we aren't a top 4 club and its the actual top 4 that they need to be better than if they want to make you know, the top 4.

She knows who her business partners are, you do know how she started don't you?

Yes. Hence the phrase 'woken from long-term hypnosis'.

Frankly, I find it distasteful to type 'David Sullivan', let alone contemplate quite how closely he and Brady worked together.

Still, when you've had the 'career' she's had, it must make it a lot easier to do things other people would instinctively be repelled by.

Like watching Sam Allardyce football.

Or meeting George Osborne. :sick::sick::sick:

A mate of mine just said Watford could have had four easily yesterday, absolutely battered them apparently. He then went on to question how on earth they'd beaten who they had this season as in his words they were the worst outfit to turn up at vicarage road this season!
Normality being resumed finally, here comes the free fall hopefully...

If anyone want some hilarious entertainment at expense of WetSpammers, look at this thread...

Will West Ham finish in the top four?

http://www.kumb.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=160740&start=200

Three weeks Back :

I expect 4th at the very least.

We are averaging 2 points per game so if we keep that average up we'll finish on 76 points.
One week Back :

I am thinking Slaven Bilic = Diego Simeone. Compact team, men behind the ball, great on the break with skilful players. would anyone have seriously thought Atlético Madrid would win La Liga?
On the Palace forum a load of their lot believe they can get 5th. It's funny what good start to the season does to a football fan.

I have a horrible feeling Spurs are going to make the top four this season (but only if they go out of the Europa Cup early

Spurs could easily finish lowest of all the Premier London clubs.Kane bullied a very bullyable Bournemouth Rearguard. I refuse to give this Awful club any of my stash of nice things to say

Before Watford game:

I note on that Watford forum that they think it is funny that we are discussing a possible top four finish. By the same token we could also find it funny that they are discussing a mid table finish
After Watford game :

Should be able to wrap up this fairly embarrassing thread now and bury it with the 'west ham relegation thread' that popped up after the first couple of home games.

Their fans want the West Ham way, well.. beating good teams then losing to supposedly-lesser teams the week after is about as West Ham as it gets.

Beat Arsenal then lose at home to Bournemouth
Lose to Leicester (back when we didn't think Leicester would be good) then beat Liverpool (when we thought they would be good!)
Beat Chelsea then lose to Watford.
Beat Man City then draw to Norwich and Sunderland.

They have always been inconsistent. Their fans should enjoy the ride and not put silly expectations on quite a new team so early in the season - but where's the fun in that!

They'll be 8th - 10th at the end.

But Watford do seem a handful. Arsenal were struggling at their place as well with Capoue dominating preceedings up until they nicked a goal against the run of play.
