Stoke City supporter Anton Booth, known as TJ among fellow fans, claims to have introduced Delilah after he started to sing it in a pub in the late 1980s. The hit has become Stoke's unofficial club anthem and is a regular chant at the Britannia Stadium.

Not a bad reason tbf better than barry manilow...
Ain't Delilah about stabbing a woman though?
I'd take Manners over that every day of the week.

A few things I loved about this, I'd assume the V in Vlog stood for virgin if he didn't have a son:

1) His son pretending to enjoy being made to perform a rendition of that stupid pwetty bubbles song with all the other poor sods whilst looking awkward AF...

2) He only seemed to know that Southampton had scored because he could see the players celebrating...

3) Him whining about the referee not giving West Ham penalties down the other end of the track, whilst also repeatedly exclaiming that he couldn't tell what was happening...

4) Similarly pretending that he could see all the way from the other side of the world that Zaza had been fouled, and being shocked that it should've been THEIR penalty and the ref booked Zaza, not quite grasping that it was a dive, all the while not being able to see a sodding thing...

5) The fact that his stupid pissing VLOG was so important to him that he completely neglected his young son all day, including on the way out, although at least there were no crowds to lose him in...

6) Finally, just the sheer joy of seeing a Spammer be gradually broken over the course of 15 mins or so, utterly ground into dust and on the verge of crying, priceless...

Haha. I am with u at point 6. But they need to be optimistic before the game. Hoping for a win... And then get a crushing defeat. Less exciting if they are already predicting defeat like for their next tie against Boro. That's why I hope they get something from that tie, nothing better then to see them crush by one of the 2 teams currently below them next. :hilarious:

A few years time???
IIRC the contract only permits them to be tenants of the Olympic stadium IF they are in the permership. If they go down, their contract is over and they have already sold upton park. So they will need to find another crappy stadium to host their games at. :ROFLMAO:
U sure?
First I've heard of that.

Did they have any say in the matter? They sold it, and the new owner found a way of generating money from the demolition.
Considering Sullivan is a partner of the film company I'd imagine they had a very big say in the matter.
