Funny how the absolute bullshit put out by Brady and the Dildo Brothers is biting them on the arse big time, raising completely unrealistic expectations. Like 'England captain' Mark Noble leading them out in the CL haha! They're not a big or successful club but they were sold the dream and its turned out to be snake oil...

Those scenes were embarrassing to say the least. We all laugh at the “mls ultras” and the guy with the microphone at Seattle games but this type of stuff is pretty cringe it self .

I think there are West Ham fans who saw through them at the time but were drowned out, I feel bad for them as they knew it was never really about improving West Ham as a club. Now the Dildo bros and Brady have got a nice payday from selling The Boleyn off (and the security of the club having a permanent home of their own with it) I doubt they give much of a toss past selling the club on again (although of course staying in the PL would make that easier ). We've seen first hand how long it takes to really build a club up without ridiculously huge sugar daddy cash injections and it's measured in decades, not years.

tough games for them to come, H to Man Utd, A to Chelsea, A to Arsenal, H to Man City.

Even games like A to Leicester might be hard. Everton and Stoke, too, plus their next one is H to Southampton (if only they could score...).

Someone remind me, why are there no police in the ground, is it because of the landlords or are the board just trying to save a few quid?

Police reject West Ham United's request for officers inside London Stadium due to unsatisfactory radio system

They shouldn't have been given a safety certificate without a satisfactory radio system. No safety certificate, no working stadium. Try running a hospital or public transport system without adequate communication systems, and see how long you're allowed to get away with it.

To be fair. They've been getting away with calling themselves a football team for quite a while now. :joyful:

They may have an internal system that passes the requirements. But I think this issue was that the network the police use doesn't function within the stadium properly. So maybe that's why? Public purse vs private purse I suppose. You'd have thought someone would just sort it in the name of public safety to be honest.
