Screens are easily viewable from centre of North Upper (515) but would either be twisting for the whole game to see the bigger ones either side/behind or watching a smaller version at the other end of the ground.

Yes I checked on that too.
It would be a health and safety risk big time if people had to do the Posnan all night and we scored - or even if we didn't.

But I only checked when standing up. don't know if they can be seen sitting down.

And even if so, peeps wud leap to their feet in the usual manner at times, and that wud be even more of health and safety risk because you'd be off balance and facing the wrong way !

I wonder if we will be able to drink in the bowl, or watch in the concourse if the screens are not suitable once in our seats?

That’s the deciding factor for me. Hope they erect big screens. Can’t believe they’d choose not too.

Surely they will be able to put it live on all screens in the concourse areas? Will mean they can sell more food and drink.

If they do then I suspect lots of people will watch it in there rather than in the actual stadium, which sounds like it might be a bit shit.

Wouldn’t this be the perfect chance for the club to try out the concert set up and have it set out with a huge screen at one end to watch it?

Either way you'll be watching the biggest game of our lives (at least mine personally) in our brand spanking new stadium which has numerous bars and will see you with fellow fans having a party. Whether massive screen on the pitch, corner screens or in the concourses it is set to be a special atmosphere.

Yeah I think I will get a ticket

"The club will provide each attendee revolutionary 'see-behind-you' glasses to avoid neck injuries or risk of injury faced when turning to see the nearest screen"

Only thing about having the "concert" mode setup is I suppose you'd then have to have the people stood/sat on the pitch, which would be fine given we'd use the artificial surface, but it would make it pretty much impossible for fans to use the bars and stuff which is where the club will make all their money. Cos if you just had people seated than the majority of people would be side-on to the screen and the one end behind the goal would be miles away from the screen.

By far and away the most sensible thing is to just have two big screens back to back on the centre spot, one facing the West and East stands respectively. Or just one screen facing one stand depending on how many tickets they sell obviously.

The fan zone on the south podium after the game Sunday was great. Having that kind of set up, with beer and food tents set up pitch side would allow people to go stand down there and not be left out.
Shame in a way the game kicks off at 8pm as they could have had a great after party / commiseration session on that podium post match.

From my seat, the top of east upper, the view pretty much sucks. The screens opposite are obscured by the flood lights and gantry. And the screens to either side of me would require me to sit sideways or twist my head. Not ideal tbh.

It's an easy win for them, and for a tenner you shouldn't complain too much I suppose. The stadium in concert/esports mode for it would be epic. But I'm sure they'll have plenty on through the evening... hopefully the beer tents in the Plaza again.

A lot of people are talking about twisting their heads. You only do that at present because you're sat facing the pitch.
In this scenario, we could probably happily stand and face whatever way you want.

I can feel the UV from the South East Screen where I am.

During the games this season they've been showing them in the goal line bar and serving alcohol throughout the match. They will probably allow the same for the CL final, the only downside is the screens are pretty small.

"For those fans who would rather face a screen than use our revolutionary "see-behind-you" glasses, 360 degree swivel cushions will be available from all food outlets for a nominal fee of £4.99. Why not enjoy the match on one of these super comfortable cushions and continue your night of comfort on the drive home. Minimum effort, maximum comfort, memories forever"

Apologies for the silly question but when do tickets come out for this/how will they be available? Will it be exclusive to members?

1. Not announced yet.

2. Probably via the website and maybe via calling the ticket office.

3. Don't know yet, but possibly an early window for ST holders/members and then onto general sale if there's any left. I'd expect the club to make an announcement about this soon-ish, but they're sorting out the actual final tickets first.

More details to follow after the Madrid tickets have been sorted. They have gone into the final round I believe.

I'd imagine they'll open it up to members first, then add a member's guests a few days later. Depends what they project the turnout to be.

If turnout is big enough (say over 50%) I think they may consider drafting in a bigger screen.
