Liverpool have been brilliant, I think we have to realise they are one hell of a side, easily the best team we have faced this year.

We are doing ok, just about hanging in there, but they are first to every second ball and nothing is dropping for us to get us in the ball for a break (aside from the goal) Liverpool are having to work their bollocks off to play the way they are playing. I’m hopeful we can grow into the game like we did at WHL last season.

I would like to see Kane deeper and Son higher up the pitch. Not sure the whole Sissoko on the wing thing is working either.

Hm this game has not much to do with our solid defensiv displays we have seen against City or Chavs. the result is pure luck and we have actually no clue how to get a foot in the game.

Sissoko is pretty pointless in this formation. Seems to just be a traffic cone on the right to stop Robertson getting forward. It’s not working as he’s delivered numerous crosses/openings.

We need to show more ambition second half. Our ball retention has been pretty appalling.

Still very much in it though and our bench looks stronger than theirs.
