Gutted about the way we lost this game.

Thought we were excellent second half but there is still a big weakness with our mentality, some worse than others, which is costing us collectively.

It's bitterly disappointing that we can't show more teeth at times.

We need a rock hard spine where there's no fragility at all. That's what I think needs addressing.

Anyone can make a mistake or have a bad day but it's becoming a recurring theme with some.

I'm a Poch fan, but we have not progressed for a long time now and it's the same issues around mentality and motivation. We need to change our policy and buy some 30 year old men in the centre of midfield.
