If only Son had run the other side of Sissoko making a harder decision for the defender and at least letting Sissoko run to the right where a shot would be *more likely to hit the target.

So true. Didn't even think of that. Even if he then didn't pass to son he would have had s shot with his right foot

Thought we were the better team. From the start we played better than we have for a couple of months. Really should have won it at the end but Sissoko was like a rabbit caught in the headlights when he had his chance.

But Lloris gave the game away when we still could have won it.

Still a lot more positives for me than I have seen in a long while in the league. We just need a little more confidence

Looking at the replay, looks like lloris was in 2 minds whether to palm it away or catch it and in the end ended up fucking it up.

I think we all knew this would happen
Actually I predicted we'd drop a clanger, a gift, in the first 5 mins. As it was I was then posting 'well we've made it to 15mins without... bollox,'
A lloris shit kick and a goal.
2 really good chances to score fluffed.
A lloris soft fumble and a goal.
If you keep gifting incredibly amateur soft goals and miss absolute sitters you wont win any games.
Losing away to Liverpool I can handle.
Gifting them the game I find a bit harder to stomach.

The more I see that goal the more I want to kill myself. That's absolutely pathetic from Lloris. No excuses. Costed us many points just this season alone. Out of the team yesterday, please.

In one fell swoop we could have missed out on the Champions League and handed Liverpool
their first title since 1990.

Now that, that would be Spursy......

You know what? I couldn’t give a shit about Liverpool. All I’m concerned about is us and throwing away a huge lead over others in the top four and going from title contenders( at least in some eyes, not mine) to hanging on to top four for dear life.

Our form is shocking, and those thinking it’s just going to be a formality to win all our home games are getting way ahead of themselves.

Twitter rivalry? Hatred of Liverpool predates the internet. Never in human history has anyone outside the city of Liverpool wanted Liverpool to win a football match let alone a trophy.

What a nonsense. Liverpool are disliked because of their success. There is no real rivalry with us. Good on them. They’ve invested to be successful. They are exact opposite of us.

I managed to avoid the whole game as I just couldn’t face it. That’s literally the worst way to lose ffs.

I don't mind losing games but to lose the way we do is laughable. I am fucking sick of it and to gift Liverpool the win today is just pathetic.
