Desperately searching for my optimistic hat, remember we completely ridiculed his lineup against Chelsea and save for a 5 min horror show, we looked to be containing them.

Who knows, this might work and Liverpool get spooked by having heaps of pressure on them but we are going to need some fucking big performances from 1 through 11.

Maybe we should have gone for Martinez instead of AVB. FML.

Hoddle (mad as he is) couldn't top today's retarded team selection.

Not too sure about this team today...

Rose and Naughton need think defence first or we will get murdered...

Think I would swap Chadli and Eriksen to give more protection to rose but we will see

Liverpool crucified us in midfield last time so we decide to play a kid and a clown, nice one Dim.

Yes Sig played well last week but we were chasing the game. Playing him in a 2 against the a rampant Liverpool is suicide.

IF Sandro and Dembele aren't fully fit, what are his options. You would rather have Winks there? Or Dawson as central defender with Kaboul on central midfield?

I'm going to withhold any judgement.

Before the Newcastle game I couldn't believe the line-up and questioned Sherwood's sanity.

One positive is that Rodgers was definitely not expecting this lineup

We're trying to fight fire with fire now...problem is their attack is on another planet.

Bentaleb and Siggy will need to put in epic performances.

This place makes me laugh......everyone said last week how awful Dembele was and when we drop him and start with Siggy, who scored the winner and played pretty decent........they all want Dembele back in the team.

Extremely serious, Liverpool are not the strongest team, although they are fit and full of stamina. We need a midfield that can contain Henderson, Coutinho etc for 90 minutes, not 60. That's how you starve Suarez and Sturridge and then you pray they dont covert the 2 or 3 chances they will inevitably get

They shouldn't be on the bench if they aren't fully fit.

Not that it matters, we'll get hammered anyways.

It's not about that, it's about balance.

It's criminal not to have someone physical in there against Liverpool.

I guess people like the fact that he will dribble pass the whole team only to pass it back to lloris
