I really don't understand Jose's thoughts on the Sissoko sub. We were playing ok but Lucas was playing poorly. We have "like for like" replacements for Moura on the bench, why not use them? Makes no sense to me.
I kinda got what he was thinking, but thought it would be Lamela instead. You could see the game was bypassing Tanguy. Needed to find a way to get him more involved.

I remember 2 on the top of my head.

The goal when he missed to ball by punching it, and Sane had an open goal.

And the other a cross with no danger which he looses and KDB scores an open goal.
It's like we shit ourselves when we play away against the big boys (apart from United away this year)

I mean the past 3-4 years or so. Only Tanganga and Skipp have been good enough for the 11. The up and coming youngsters are exciting though but we didn’t have academy players to fill the holes left by that self imposed ban.
You wouldn't expect to though. Foden's the only one to break through at City in over a decade.

Good to see we’re bringing on the player who makes the most intelligent runs for the player who plays the most intelligent passes

Lamela's decision making is too fucking slow for counter attacking football

Very poor runs from our attackers. They all did the same run not giving him an alternative to pass. He made the right choice by turning around trying to keep possession

Even more dreadful then, the future is looking bleak

I guess if you’re not paying attention, then yeah.

In reality, the games against Liverpool and Brighton were abysmal.

In the West Brom, Everton and now City games, the team have looked completely different. There’s no player out there who looks like they’d rather be elsewhere. Previously, it was hard to find one who looked like they gave a shit.

Individual errors, crap refereeing and abysmal goalkeeping have shafted us here and against Everton.

But if you can’t see the vast improvement, then you’re either not watching, or not paying attention, or lying.
