Ya United had a few very good performances. Brown was brilliant and Tevez and Park were all over the place. Messi had a great game for Barca and Zambrotta, except for his 'pass', was excellent. Ronaldo didn't turn up on the big game again.

Messi's such a wonderful talent. I hate to say it, but he showed Ronaldo up over the 2 legs, and for the first time, I'm going to admit to doubting Ronaldo's pedigree in the 'big matches'. He really doesn't do it very often when it matters... :-(

Barca wanted to play football over two legs.........Manure didn't.....and got rewarded with a silly mistake from Zambrotta.

bit harsh, still thought Man U played some good football just Barca were leagues above in class! and man U playing with the handycap or Ronaldo going missing in both games along with park IMO

Barca played pretty football until the final third in both legs but ultimately they didn't create a single clear cut chance really in either game.

A bit like the Scum in some games this season they suffered from trying to be too pretty and ultimately being beaten by the more effective team. United defended fantastically and got a fantastic goal tonight.

The team that deserved to go through went through in my view.

Not entirely true with the clear-cut chances thing, but I agree that the best team overall went through. You've got to know how to defend as well as attack.

United did enough to get through, I'd like a united liverpool final but as long as chelsea don't win the whole thing i'll be pretty pleased.

Remember the 2007 united v chavski fa cup final....
*begins to nod off just thinking about it*

Perhaps Ramos should sit the squad in front of the box with their eyes taped open and make them watch United's defending until they get the idea.

Looking at Liverpool (Riise) last week and Man U (Carrick) at the weekend I reckon they've been watching us.

That game was shit. Barca are not the team they were. They just didn't want it enough.

I never got to watch the game but am so glad Man Utd won. Hopefully L'Pool win tomorrow.

I hate all the three teams left, but I hate ManU least. I guess I'd rather they win it.

Wes Brown was immense last night, CB is defo his best position. Great seeing Scholesy roll back the years with that trademark thunderbolt. I'm gutted Barca got beat but hopefully it speeds up the departure of Henry, Rijkaard etc.
