There are very few of us on here who have played or managed at any kind of respectable level to play that card. Most of us watch a fair bit and play football personally so we like to share our perspectives and argue over what might work. Just because we disagree at times, doesn't mean we need to start slagging people off. Overly pessimistic people need the other perspective every now and then, but you get what I mean.
